10DLC is the US system for business texting from standard local numbers. You need a registered brand and campaign before sending. Toll-free numbers need toll-free verification instead. We file both with you and pass the registration fees through at cost.
Meta charges per delivered template message, by template category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country. Replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window carry no Meta fee. Our rates by country are on the pricing page.
