Messaging

Messaging page →
Which messaging channels can I use?

SMS, WhatsApp Business and RCS, all through one API and one dashboard. You set the order of channels once, and if a message isn't delivered on the first channel we retry it on the next.

Do you handle DLT registration in India?

Yes. Our compliance desk helps you register your entity, sender headers and message templates on the operators' DLT platforms. As the sender, the registration stays in your name and is your responsibility; we do the paperwork with you.

What is 10DLC and do I need it?

10DLC is the US system for business texting from standard local numbers. You need a registered brand and campaign before sending. Toll-free numbers need toll-free verification instead. We file both with you and pass the registration fees through at cost.

How are WhatsApp messages priced?

Meta charges per delivered template message, by template category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country. Replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window carry no Meta fee. Our rates by country are on the pricing page.

Can I send one-time passwords (OTPs)?

Yes. Send OTPs as WhatsApp authentication templates with SMS fallback, or over priority SMS routes with automatic carrier failover.

What happens if a message fails on one channel?

It falls back to the next channel in your order, for example WhatsApp to RCS to SMS. You are billed for the message that was delivered.

Voice & Numbers

Voice & Numbers page →
Which countries can I get phone numbers in?

Local and toll-free numbers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, and local numbers in Singapore. Virtual and toll-free numbers in India are available on request through Sales.

Can I keep my existing numbers?

Yes, where the regulator allows number porting. We handle the port request with your current provider.

How are calls billed?

Per second after the first 6 seconds, at the rate for the destination country. Number leases are billed monthly. Rates are on the pricing page.

Can I connect my existing PBX or contact center?

Yes, over SIP trunking. Channels scale with your traffic and there are no per-trunk fees.

Will my US calls be marked as spam?

Eligible US calls are signed with STIR/SHAKEN attestation, which tells carriers the caller ID is genuine and reduces the chance of spam labels. Registering your numbers and following calling rules matters too.

Can I record calls?

Yes. Recording is available on every number. Some countries and US states require every party's consent, so play a recording notice where the law requires it.

Cloud Telephony & Contact Center

Cloud Telephony & Contact Center page →
What is the difference between Cloud Telephony and Contact Center?

Cloud Telephony is a business phone system: numbers, extensions, IVR and apps for every employee. Contact Center adds team tools: queues, routing, dialers, an omnichannel inbox, supervisor controls and reports.

Do I need to buy phones or hardware?

No. Agents work in the browser or on our desktop and mobile apps with a headset. Existing desk phones can be connected if you want to keep them.

Which CRMs does it work with?

It includes a built-in CRM, and connects to Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot and Freshdesk. An open API and webhooks connect it to your own systems.

Can an AI agent answer calls before my team?

Yes. An AI voice agent can answer first, resolve routine requests and transfer to a live agent with a call summary already in the CRM.

Can I move my existing numbers?

Yes. We port your numbers where the regulator allows, so customers keep calling the numbers they know.

How does it help with calling compliance?

Outbound campaigns support Do Not Disturb (DND) list scrubbing and calling-hour rules, and every call can be recorded and logged for audits.

AI Agents

AI Agents page →
What can an AI voice agent do?

Answer inbound calls at any hour, make outbound reminder and follow-up calls, book and reschedule appointments in your calendar, qualify leads, and transfer to a person when needed.

Which languages do the agents speak?

English, Hindi and regional languages. Tell us the languages your customers use when you set up an agent.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

You must tell people they are dealing with an AI agent where the law requires it, and our agents never claim to be human when asked.

How does the agent learn about my business?

From the documents, FAQs and catalogue you upload. It answers from that knowledge, and you set its voice, language and tone.

What happens when the agent cannot help?

It hands the call or chat to your team, along with the full conversation and a summary, so the customer does not have to repeat themselves.

How are AI agents priced?

AI voice is billed per connected minute plus the telephony rate for the destination. AI chat is billed per conversation, meaning one user session of up to 24 hours. Speech recognition, the language model and voice synthesis are included.

Pricing & billing

Pricing & billing page →
What counts as a contact?

A unique phone number or chat user you reach or hear from in a calendar month, across all channels and agents. Message the same person on SMS, WhatsApp and an AI voice call and you pay the platform fee once.

Why are carrier costs separate?

Operators and Meta change their rates through the year. Passing them through at published cost means you see every change, and our margin sits in the platform fee and AI agent usage.

How are AI voice and chat agents billed?

AI voice is billed per connected minute for the agent, plus the Voice rate for the destination. AI chat is billed per conversation — one user session of up to 24 hours, however many messages it takes. Speech, language-model and voice-synthesis costs are included.

How is WhatsApp billed?

Per delivered template message, by Meta's category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country. Service replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free from Meta.

What happens if a route fails?

Traffic fails over automatically to a secondary carrier. You are billed the rate of the route that delivered, which can differ slightly from the primary rate shown here.

Which currencies do you bill in?

USD, EUR and INR. Choose your billing currency at sign-up; your wallet, rate card and invoices all stay in that currency. EUR and INR prices on this page are converted from USD at an indicative rate for comparison.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Pay-as-you-go has no minimum and no contract term. Committed-volume discounts start above 1M contacts a month.
